The Purpose of HireOneVet is to share high quality training, skills & certifications that provide our graduates with the tools required for a better life filled with meaningful relationships, employment in related industries and a solid plan for each person to make 6 figure incomes within 60 months.

HireOneVet offers unparalleled flexibility via distant learning and onsite classroom experiences that typically include 4 separate classroom settings providing individualized facilitation and matrix learning experiences with as many 200 other students at the same time.

HireOneVet’s primary facilities are located in Rockville Maryland, Alexandria Virginia and Houston Texas.

Academic Grading Policy

At HireOneVet, we have a unique approach to grading and assessing student progress. As a skills-building organization, we recognize that traditional grades may not always accurately reflect a student’s mastery of the course training objectives. Instead, we employ a comprehensive evaluation process to determine if students have met the required criteria.

Our evaluation process involves a thorough review of students’ work products and a series of interviews conducted by our experienced instructors, HireOneVet staff, and Chief Academic Officer. Through this holistic assessment, we ensure that students have demonstrated the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the course training objectives.

We understand that every student learns at their own pace and may require additional guidance to reach the desired level of expertise. For students who may be struggling to exhibit the required aptitude or who are not actively participating in their development team, we provide opportunities for them to continue in the program while receiving additional support and guidance.

However, it is important to note that HireOneVet reserves the right to dismiss any student who consistently fails to participate and contribute to the program. In such cases, a refund may be issued based on our school’s refund policy or the guidelines provided by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

While our approach prioritizes comprehensive evaluation over traditional grades, there may be instances where formal grading requirements are necessary or appropriate. In such cases, HireOneVet follows a grading rubric that ensures consistency and fairness in assessing student performance.
